Rules and Regulations
Each existing facility has been assigned a due date by the Missouri Radiation Control Program with due dates ranging from 2017-2022. An inspection must be performed on any new facility and any facility that has added a new x-ray room. The facility must also demonstrate that radiation shielding is adequate, which can be done by providing a shielding evaluation, done by a Qualified Expert.
